OnSite brings the flooring showroom to your home. You never have to set foot in a store.

That’s the entire reason to pick OnSite over Carpet Exchange, Floor & Decor, or any other Denver-area flooring company. They all force the customer to drive to a store, look at samples under bad lighting, and then coordinate separately with an installer. You do none of that.

How It Works

How OnSite Works — No Stores. No Guesswork. No Middlemen

Most flooring companies make you do the work: drive to a showroom, squint at samples under fluorescent lights, then chase down a separate installer. We flipped it. One team brings everything to your door and handles the whole job start to finish.

1. Book your visit

Pick a time that works. We come to you — Parker, Denver, Aurora, Castle Rock, and surrounding Colorado communities.

2. Pick your floor in your space

We bring hand-selected samples matched to your style and budget. You see them in your actual lighting, next to your actual furniture.

3. Get a full written quote

One price covers materials and installation. No upsells, no mystery line items. Usually delivered same day.

4. We install — and we clean up

Our team handles the tear-out, install, and haul-away. Done right the first time.

Meet the Crew That Shows Up at Your Door

Our team isn’t outsourced and we don’t sub out installations. The person helping you pick samples is on the same crew that installs your floors — so nothing gets lost in translation. We’re based in Parker, we live in Colorado, and we treat every home like it’s our own.

FAQS

How does the mobile showroom actually work?

We bring a truck with hand-picked flooring samples — matched to your style, budget, and room type — directly to your home. You look at them in your own lighting, next to your own furniture, and pick what fits. No store visit. No guesswork.

Is the in-home estimate really free?

Yes. No fee, no deposit, no obligation. We come out, measure, show you samples, and write up a full quote. If you don’t love what we propose, there’s no pressure to move forward.

 What areas do you serve?

We’re based in Parker and cover the Denver metro area, including Aurora, Littleton, Centennial, Castle Rock, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, Englewood, and surrounding Front Range communities. Not sure if you’re in range? Call (720) 774-4271 — we’ll tell you straight.

How much does a typical flooring install cost?

It depends on the room size, the flooring type, and what’s underneath. We include everything — tear-out, materials, installation, cleanup, and haul-away — in one written quote. Most residential jobs land between $X and $Y. We’ll give you an exact number after the in-home visit.

How long does installation take?

Most residential jobs are done in 1–3 days. Carpet and LVP are fastest (often one day). Hardwood and tile take longer because of prep and dry time. We’ll give you a clear timeline when we quote the job.

Do you do commercial flooring?

Yes — offices, retail, multi-unit residential, property management, restaurants. We bring commercial-grade samples on the same in-home (or in-office) visit. Ask for our commercial references when you book.

Do you handle both materials and installation?

Every job includes materials and install under one contract, one crew, and one warranty. No coordinating between a retailer and a separate installer. If anything goes wrong, you call us — not two different companies blaming each other.
