Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
These terms govern your use of the OnSite Flooring website and the process of requesting a consultation and quote. By using this site, you agree to the terms below.
Use of this website
This website is provided by OnSite Flooring to share information about our services and to let you request a consultation. You agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it. All content on this site — including text, images, and the OnSite Flooring name and logo — is owned by or licensed to OnSite Flooring and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Consultation requests
Submitting a consultation request is an inquiry, not a binding contract. After we receive your request, an OnSite Flooring representative will contact you to schedule an in-home measure and provide an itemized quote. No work begins and no obligation is created until you accept a written quote and sign an agreement.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on measurements taken in your home and the materials and scope you select. Prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may change if the scope changes — for example, hidden subfloor conditions discovered during removal, additional rooms added, or different materials selected. Any change will be documented and agreed to in writing before the work proceeds.
Scheduling and access
You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area, remove fragile or valuable items from the area, and inform us of any conditions (pets, alarms, parking, HOA rules) that affect the install. We will communicate scheduling in advance and use reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines, but we are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as weather, material supply, or conditions in your home.
Warranties
Installation workmanship is covered by our written workmanship guarantee, and materials are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms vary by product and will be provided with your quote. Warranty claims may require proof of purchase and proper maintenance of the installed flooring.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnSite Flooring is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from installation services is limited to the amount you paid for the work at issue.
Third-party links
This site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites and encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in the Denver metro area, Colorado.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the site after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
